David H. Clements
AttorneyDavid H. Clements is a native Floridian raised in Volusia County, Florida. After graduating from DeLand High School, he served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2010 from the University of Central Florida.
David attended Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, and joined Clements Law, P.A. after graduating. David is currently a member of the Florida Bar Association and Volusia County Bar Association. David concentrates his practice on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Probate, Guardianships, Trust Administration, and Probate and Trust Litigation.
When not in the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Nicole, and his three children. He also enjoys kayaking, soccer, and fishing. David currently serves on the legislative affair committee for the Deland Area Chamber of Commerce and Orange City Alliance and is a proud member of the DeLand Breakfast Rotary Club.
